Mounting servers, switches, PDUs and other equipment per spec sheets. Bolting, alignment, weight balance handled.
Diagnostics on failed components, hardware swaps, recovery boots, and post-incident verification.
Out-of-band management setup, console access via crash cart, firmware updates on management controllers.
Boot media installation, USB / DVD / network boot setup, ISO uploads to KVM, OS installs via remote console.
Supervising third-party technicians on-site. Access control, work documentation, compliance with DC rules.
Physical equipment audits, serial number verification, documentation of installed assets.
