Standard data center hands work covered by both Standard and Emergency tariffs. Anything custom — discuss with the team.

01 Cable installation & management

Power, copper, and fiber routing inside racks. Cable testing, labeling, and tidy management for stable connections.

02 Rack & stack

Mounting servers, switches, PDUs and other equipment per spec sheets. Bolting, alignment, weight balance handled.

03 Hardware troubleshooting

Diagnostics on failed components, hardware swaps, recovery boots, and post-incident verification.

04 IPMI / BMC / KVM access

Out-of-band management setup, console access via crash cart, firmware updates on management controllers.

05 Media handling

Boot media installation, USB / DVD / network boot setup, ISO uploads to KVM, OS installs via remote console.

06 Vendor escort

Supervising third-party technicians on-site. Access control, work documentation, compliance with DC rules.

07 Inventory & asset audits

Physical equipment audits, serial number verification, documentation of installed assets.

08 Shipping coordination

Receiving deliveries, inspection on arrival, secure storage until installation, packaging for outbound shipments.

09 Emergency response

Rapid dispatch for critical failures under Emergency tariff. On-site work begins within 4 hours of request.

10 Network device configuration

Switch and router setup, VLAN configuration, port assignments, firmware updates, basic network troubleshooting.
